Response Times
RBE will respond at each step of the submission process in as timely a fashion as possible. Authors are requested to please make sure all contact information is correct, and to enable email spam filters to recognize editor@<remove>roguebladesentertainment.com so as not to prevent RBE communications from reaching their inbox.
Receipt:
RBE endeavors to send an acknowledgement of receipt within a day of receiving each email query or submission. Authors who have not heard from RBE within three (3) days may resend their query or submission, or inquire as to the status of the original email. An alternative method of contacting RBE is through the Rogue Blades forum at SFReader.com.
Queries:
RBE attempts to respond to each query within three (3) to six (6) weeks of its acknowledgement of receipt.
Submissions Round 1:
RBE attempts to respond to Round 1 Component Submissions within six (6) to twelve (12) weeks of each acknowledgement of receipt.
Submissions Rounds 2:
RBE attempts to respond to Round 2 Manuscript Submissions within eight (8) to sixteen (16) weeks of each acknowledgement of receipt.
Submissions Rounds 3:
RBE attempts to respond to Round 3 Contract Submissions within three (3) to six (6) weeks of each acknowledgement of receipt.
Ensuing Rounds of Communication:
RBE and the author(s) will establish a mutually agreed upon routine of communication at this point.
