Advertisements in RBE products should be related to what RBE publishes — heroic speculative action adventure entertainment. RBE is excited to promote the people and products of speculative and adventure fiction or related historical and biographical nonfiction in any medium; the events, conventions, re-enactments and fairs of all speculative, historically-related, reading, and writing fame; the skills and equipment of martial arts, fencing, fletching, armorers, minstrels, and others of such ilk; and the writing, editing, reviewing, and publishing crafts. Those interested in advertising on the RBE website or in any RBE publications may submit proposals or questions via the RBE Contact Form.

Standard RBE publications
are 6″x9″ Trade Paperbacks (TPB)

Ad Sizes:
- Full page = 8″H x 4.5″W
- Half page vertical = 8″H x 2.25″W
- Half page horizontal = 4″H x 4.5″W
Ad Prices:
- Half page (vertical/horizontal) = $35.00
- Full page = $50.00
**Advertising in a RBE title earns the purchaser the right to buy one print or electronic copy of the publication the advertisement is in at the contributor’s discounted rate (standard RBE discount is 42%)**

Standard RBE advertisement specifications

Ads must be
- in .JPG or .PNG format
- 300 DPI
- to size or ratio for the selected advertisement size
- half-toned and print ready
  - Ads may be in color so long as advertisers understand that all advertisements in printed material will be printed in black & white (unless otherwise dictated by the project)
Advertisers must
- supply copy and artwork appropriate for black & white print publication
- supply such copy and artwork by the close date specific to the particular project
- agree that RBE will place the ad at its discretion alone and that RBE does not guarantee any sort of return
- provide payment in full for advertisement within fifteen days of the close date specific to the particular project
